provincial regulations for epidemic prevention and control, combined with the actual situation of our city, The related matters 

of closed management are announced as follows:

I. From the date of the announcement, all communities (villages) in the city will be lifted from closed management.

2. All communities (villages) are prohibited from setting up "hard isolation" measures and removing restrictions on the number 

    of trips for residents.

3. All the entrances and exits of all communities (villages) are kept on duty for 24 hours. Combining with epidemic prevention 

    and control and social security, entry and temperature inspection and registration of entry personnel can be exempted from 

    paper registration. Foreigners, courier delivery, housekeeping services, returning migrant workers, renters and other personnel 

    enter the community (village), and on the basis of implementing the temperature measurement inspection and registration 

    measures, no special restrictions shall be set at will.

4, the general public is encouraged to strengthen home prevention and control, maintain good hygiene habits, wear masks in 

    public places, do not get together, do not gather.

5, the community (village) should continue to carry out patriotic health campaigns, regular cleaning and routine disinfection of 

    internal roads, activity squares, fitness equipment, community elevators, corridors and other public places and key parts.

6. Overseas returnees should consciously report to the community (village) where they are located in advance and cooperate 

    with them to take necessary epidemic prevention and control measures. Violations of relevant regulations on epidemic 

    prevention and control that cause serious consequences shall be followed with serious accountability and punishment in 

    accordance with the law.
